Bada is a mobile operating system by Samsung. It powers all devices in their "Wave" smartphone line. While it is pretty much unknown in the USA, the relatively low cost of those devices made them quite popular in Europe, Southern Asia, Latin America, and Russia. It will soon be succeeded by Tizen.
